If you’ve ordered from us and you’ve changed your mind, or you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at [email protected]  with details of your original order and a request to return it. Alternatively you can fill in the cancellation form below.

• Providing your order is in as new condition complete with all packaging and labels intact, you can return your item(s) for a refund or replacement within 14 days of the date of order. 
• Upon receiving any returns we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. We do not cover return shipping fees or refund original shipping costs.
• If your order is damaged upon arrival please let us know at [email protected] so we can arrange any replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible. If the fault is not registered with us within 30 days of receipt of the order we will not be able to offer a replacement.

We aim to reply to correspondence within 2-5 working days. Once we have received your return request we will be in touch to complete your return as soon as possible.
